What is this blog?. Este blog lo hacemos para mejorar la dirección de las pequeñas empresas, también está pensado en los  estudiantes de ciencias sociales humanidades e ingenierías, profesionales y organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro.

Los procesos de democratización iniciados mediante las nuevas tecnologías son el comienzo del Management Democrático,  un concepto que introducimos en las nuevas formas de organización, este concepto es una fuente primaria de investigación y deriva del desarrollo de la sociedad de la información y del conocimiento. Los medios de comunicación han popularizado tanto las técnicas de gestión que compartir información y conocimientos a través de Internet es una ayuda al desarrollo de los propios agentes sociales a las propias empresas, es una forma de trabajo colaborativo flexible y abierto.

Para disponer de servicios de Management, ya no hace falta realizar grandes inversiones, se puede dispone de servicios a través de la red e incorporarse a cualquier área de la cadena de valor de Michael E Porter.

 

Para la distribución de productos y servicios relacionados con la consultoría incluso la creatividad y el talento, Internet y los nuevos medios de comunicación otorgan a las organizaciones nuevas formas de conseguir innovaciones, entre ellas las innovaciones de organización, los recursos humanos y el talento innovador que pueden conseguirse en el mercado a través del outsourcing.

Con bajo coste o  low cost, las pymes pueden relacionarse en base a su especialización productiva y de servicios, lo que permite crear nuevos productos, le llamamos Management Democrático, porque es un management al alcance de todos, las organizaciones amplían tanto sus fuentes de información y comunicación, que producen innovaciones constantemente, esto genera productos y servicios que ayudan al desarrollo de otras empresas a través de la colaboración en red.

El talento, que es un recurso escaso para las pequeñas empresas y el trabajo cualificado crece en toda organización, el conocimiento es un valor a incorporar y conservar, ya sea en base a la experiencia que adquieren las personas que prestan servicios dentro de la misma o cuando colaboran en línea a través de Internet con otras personas y organizaciones o empresas que disponen de talento. Emergen nuevas herramientas de transmisión de conocimientos y se acentúan las competencias profesionales, las pymes pueden acceder a estos aspectos cada vez más especializados del outsourcing y mantener su coherencia organizativa. Con la tecnología actual se permite la innovación a través de la redes sociales.

El despliegue del talento y sus implicaciones para los recursos humanos internos se traslada hacia los  consultores externos, se pueden ver como a través de Internet, pequeñas empresas y profesionales han creado una red de software libre, esto representa al nuevo modelo de despliegue de talento. Hay muchas empresas de software que facilitan el código libre, lo que se conoce como software libre y en cierta forma es software democrático.

PreMya Consultores, quiere además que el Management Democrático sea una herramienta de interactuación con los colaboradores, en nuestra  área de producción y servicios y con este blog hemos impulsado a las pymes a interactuar, y observamos como aumenta la actividad productiva y la actividad comercial (transacciones) cuando se deja de un lado la base de organización jerarquizada y la división de tareas, y se pasa a interactuar con los colaboradores introduciendo elementos transversales en la organización, y porque?, bien sencillo, porque los recursos humanos desarrollan su competencia sobre desempeños que implican negociaciones y conversaciones, conocimiento, juicio, colaboración ad-hoc– interacciones tácitas, que aumentan la productividad y la ventaja competitiva.

Esta es la razón del blog, poner al alcance de las pymes, y de las personas y organizaciones en general, sin que tengan que asumir grandes costes, los elementos del Management más actual, la gestión del conocimiento y de la dirección de empresas más avanzada, la tecnología esta ayudando a los directivos de las pymes a obtener más cantidad de datos para la toma de decisiones, que serán más eficientes, si se disponen de las herramientas de realización de su desempeño basado en las tecnologías de comunicación y para desarrollar ventajas competitivas y nuevos modelos de negocio.

    Creo que tu indice es muy genérico, y hay mucho escrito ya sobre este tema, por lo que lo interesante de tu trabajo será la investigación que realices, pero no observo que área de investigación quieres efectuar, ni cuales son tus objetivos.

  149. Buenos días J Moya, por eso digo que como es tan genérico es más bien para enfocarlo a saber que se entiende por gestión del conocimiento. Por lo que me gustaría saber alguna página estadistica o algo que refleje que hemos pasado de era de las tecnologías a la era del conocimiento porque aunque siguen siendo importantes las tecnologías ahora es el conocimiento lo que genera ventajas competitivas.

    Entonces sobre el uso de las tecnologias en el trabajo hay estadisticas? Y donde podría encontrar información.?

    si que las hay, en diversas páginas accesibles, por ejemplo en el INE, también en el Ministerio de Trabajo y en la Seguridad Social, también puedes encontrar estadísticas en páginas internacionales, te puedo facilitar si te interesa unos textos sobre el trabajo en la era del conocimiento con técnicas estadísticas.
